In this Beginner 2 wheel class, students will expand on their throwing foundation. Students will learn to throw with more clay, incorporate more surface design and glaze techniques, and pull handles. Additionally, students will begin to more independently track their projects throughout the class.

In order to make sure you are in the right place with this class, there are prerequisites.

Prerequisites:

  • Have taken a minimum of 2 beginner classes

  • Center clay consistently and without assistance

  • Consistently throw a 1 pound cylinder

New Perk! Students enrolled in any 5/6 week session, will recieive 3 free hours of Open Studio time! This time can be used to practice skills from class independently or for glazing, cause it allllllwaaays takes longer than you think it’s going to :)
