In this handbuilding workshop, you’ll learn fundamental clay techniques to design and create your own custom ceramic charcuterie board. Just in time for the upcoming hosting season.
September 25th : Pumpkin Mugs - SOLD OUT!
In this handbuilding workshop, you’ll learn essential slab-building techniques to create your own custom pumpkin mug. Once built, you'll paint a personalized jack-o'-lantern face onto the raw clay using underglazes, creating a festive, one-of-a-kind piece that will be fully fired and ready to use for spooky season.
October Workshops
October 9th : HALLOWEEN RAKU FIRING
In this workshop, you get to experience a unique Japanese firing technique known for its distinctive aesthetic and unpredictable results. Choose from our handmade selection of pumpkins or cauldrons and apply a glaze. Once the kiln cools, you get to take your glowing red piece out and then toss it into trash can with combustibles. You take your pot home with you!
October 30th : WALL MOUNTED MASK MAKIN’
In this handbuilding workshop, you’ll use slabs to create the base of your very own ceramic mask. Learn a variety of handbuilding techniques to build up sculptural features and bring your mask to life. Experiment with different colored clay bodies to create depth and dimension.
